Mernda Town Centre
Due to the growing population in Mernda, it was necessary to create a new shopping precinct to support the growing township retail requirements.
Alteria Aluminium battens were selected as a feature for external and internal locations within the precinct and were selected as an alterative to real timber, as Alteria wood-look aluminium battens offer lower maintenance requirements and better durability.
Alteria Aluminium 50 x50mm battens in Evoke Osage finish were selected, and which complemented perfectly with the fibre cement Versilux cladding.
